1. Definitions
1.1 "Service Provider" refers to MrMechanical, the mobile mechanic service provider.
1.2 "Client" refers to the individual or entity requesting and receiving the service.
1.3 "Services" refers to the mechanical repair and maintenance services provided by the Service Provider.
2. Service Agreement
2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide mechanical services as requested by the Client, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2.2 Services may include, but are not limited to, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance of motor vehicles.
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Booking: To book a service, the Client must provide accurate information about the vehicle and the nature of the service required.

4.1 Fees: Fees for services are based on the type of service, parts required, and labor involved. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
4.2 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit card, electronic transfer].
4.3 Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen issues or additional work not covered in the original quote will be communicated to the Client and must be approved before proceeding.
5. Client Responsibilities

5.2 The Client must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle’s condition and any prior issues.
5.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and legal condition for the Service Provider to work on.
6. Service Warranty
6.1 Parts: Parts replaced or repaired are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Service Provider will inform the Client of the warranty terms applicable to any parts used.
6.2 Labor: Labor performed by the Service Provider is generally warranted for [X] months or [X] kilometers, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in workmanship.
7. Liability
7.1 The Service Provider will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the Client's failure to provide accurate information or failure to address underlying issues that were not apparent at the time of service.

8. Confidentiality
8.1 The Service Provider will keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the performance of the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising from the service agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
9.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) for resolution.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
11. Amendments
11.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
